Kapiti Food Fair1 December 2012Kapiti Food Fair 2012 is being held at the Lindale Centre on Saturday 1 December from 10am to 3pm. Kapiti's premier showcase of food, beverage and culture - come and enjoy the tastes of our region and be entertained by local groups and personalities. Meet the New Zealand Masterchef 2011 Nadia Lim who will host cooking demonstrations and oversee the cupcake competition and celebrity cook-off. As a pre-Christmas event, the Fair is an opportunity for visitors to buy presents and sample locally grown foods, try ethnic fare and enjoy cultural performances. A great day out for foodies and families - large number of vendors, kids entertainment, Ohau Cellar Door and Tuatara Beer Garden all on-site. Gold coin entry or donation to the Kapiti Food Bank. |
