Terms and Conditions Booking Policy: Bookings are 15% non-refundable once confirmed. Guest's credit card details must be provided at the time of booking in order to secure a reservation or a deposit in a designated bank account of $80 double or $50 single Payment Policy: Payment of the tariff rate must be made by credit card (Visa/Mastercard) or cash on arrival. Cheques not accepted. All stated prices are in NZ dollars GST inclusive. Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of 15% applies to all bookings. In the event that a confirmed reservation is cancelled within 48 hours prior to arrival time (3pm), or where guests fail to arrive, a 100% cancellation fee applies. Charges will be debited against the credit card number provided at the time of reservation.
